our services

3.2.1 émotion currently provides:

  • an informational website about our company and vision
  • waitlist registration for upcoming products
  • contact forms for inquiries

our products - émo messenger and alter émo - are not yet publicly available. access to these products will be governed by separate terms upon release.

user obligations

when using our services, you agree to:

intellectual property

all content, design, code, the .emo format, feelmoji, and brand names displayed on our websites are the exclusive property of 3.2.1 émotion inc. they are protected by united states and international intellectual property law.

no part of our websites may be reproduced, distributed, or transmitted without prior written permission.

waitlist & communications

joining our waitlist is entirely voluntary. by signing up, you consent to receiving occasional updates about our products and launch timeline. you can unsubscribe at any time by contacting us. we will never spam you.
